Bronchostop Cough Syrup is a traditional herbal medicinal product used for the relief of chesty, dry, tickly and irritating coughs and catarrh, based exclusively on long-standing use.

The syrup contains thyme herb extract and marshmallow root extract. Thyme is traditionally used to help loosen mucus associated with chesty coughs, while marshmallow root provides a soothing effect for dry, irritating coughs.

With its convenient liquid formulation, Bronchostop Cough Syrup provides an easy-to-take option for managing different types of cough.

How to use this product

Adults, the elderly and children over 12 years: Take 15ml every 4 hours, 4 times per day.

If required, up to a maximum of 6 doses (90ml) per day may be taken.

Use the measuring cup provided to ensure the correct dose.

Do not exceed the recommended dose. If symptoms worsen or persist for more than 7 days, consult a doctor, pharmacist or other qualified healthcare professional.

Important Information

Not recommended for children under 12 years of age.

Do not take if you are allergic to thyme, other members of the mint (Lamiaceae) family, marshmallow root or any of the other ingredients.

Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding is not recommended due to insufficient data.

If you experience difficulty breathing, fever or purulent sputum, seek medical advice.

All unwanted returns must be returned unused, in original packaging with your order sheet / number & name clearly displayed. 

Once goods are received, funds will be returned automatically if goods meet our required criteria. This will be confirmed by a member of our customer service team to you by phone or email.

For orders from the Island of Ireland over €60 with free shipping - €5.95 will be deducted from the amount refunded in order to cover shipping costs. For orders from outside the Island of Ireland over €150.00 the relevant shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit, Pharmadirect.ie will provide a replacement. Please contact us. within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.

Please note that items that are used and opened will not be replaced and no refund will be issued.
