Avène XeraCalm A.D. Lipid-Replenishing Balm is a rich, nourishing moisturising balm specially formulated for very dry, sensitive skin prone to itching caused by dryness. Suitable for the whole family, including infants, children and adults, it helps soothe discomfort while replenishing lipids and supporting the skin's natural protective barrier.

At the heart of the formula is I-Modulia®, a patented active complex derived from Avène Thermal Spring Water that helps calm itching sensations and irritation associated with dry skin. Cer-Omega, derived from Evening Primrose Oil and rich in omega-6, helps nourish the skin and restore its protective barrier.

The balm is also enriched with soothing Avène Thermal Spring Water, helping leave very dry skin feeling soft, supple and comfortable.

Its rich texture is particularly suitable for very dry skin and skin prone to atopic eczema. Avène's Sterile Cosmetics® technology and airless packaging help protect the formula throughout use without the need for preservatives. The formula is fragrance-free and designed with a minimal number of ingredients to help minimise the risk of allergic reactions.

How to use this product

Apply once or twice daily, or as required, to clean, dry skin.

1. Dispense a small amount of XeraCalm A.D. Balm into the palm of your hand.
2. Gently spread over very dry areas of the face and/or body.
3. Massage into the skin using gentle movements until absorbed.
4. Pay particular attention to areas prone to dryness, tightness or itching sensations.

For best results, use alongside a gentle cleansing product suitable for very dry and sensitive skin, such as Avène XeraCalm A.D. Lipid-Replenishing Cleansing Oil.

Returns Policy

Pharmadirect.ie are happy to accept unwanted goods that are unopened and unused within 14 days from date of delivery to our offices at 34 Main Street, Killarney, Co. Kerry, V93 XW63. All unwanted returns must be returned unused, in original packaging with your order sheet / number & name clearly displayed. 

Once goods are received, funds will be returned automatically if goods meet our required criteria. This will be confirmed by a member of our customer service team to you by phone or email.

For orders from the Island of Ireland over €60 with free shipping - €5.95 will be deducted from the amount refunded in order to cover shipping costs. For orders from outside the Island of Ireland over €150.00 the relevant shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit, Pharmadirect.ie will provide a replacement. Please contact us. within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.

Please note that items that are used and opened will not be replaced and no refund will be issued.
