PharmaCare Travel Compression Socks are designed to provide comfortable, graduated compression during flights, long car journeys and other extended periods of sitting. The compression is strongest around the ankle and gradually reduces towards the upper leg, helping to support venous blood return and circulation.

Providing 12–18mmHg graduated compression with a nominal value of 15mmHg, these travel socks can help relieve heavy, tired and aching legs while helping to reduce swelling and discomfort associated with prolonged periods of inactivity. They can also help reduce the risk of travel-related deep vein thrombosis (DVT).

How to use this product

Wear on both legs in place of regular socks. Ensure the socks are fitted smoothly against the legs without wrinkles or folds and do not roll them down while wearing.

For best results, select the correct size based on your ankle circumference and foot size.

Returns Policy

Pharmadirect.ie are happy to accept unwanted goods that are unopened and unused within 14 days from date of delivery to our offices at 34 Main Street, Killarney, Co. Kerry, V93 XW63. All unwanted returns must be returned unused, in original packaging with your order sheet / number & name clearly displayed. 

Once goods are received, funds will be returned automatically if goods meet our required criteria. This will be confirmed by a member of our customer service team to you by phone or email.

For orders from the Island of Ireland over €60 with free shipping - €5.95 will be deducted from the amount refunded in order to cover shipping costs. For orders from outside the Island of Ireland over €150.00 the relevant shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit, Pharmadirect.ie will provide a replacement. Please contact us. within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.

Please note that items that are used and opened will not be replaced and no refund will be issued.
