Temperature consistent during use at 40 degrees (constant temperature for fixed duration).
Provides heat therapy for relief of muscular and or joint pains associated with muscle tension, overexertion, strains and sprains and arthritis. Provides up to 16 hours of pain relief, 8 hours while you wear the wrap and up to 8 hours after you remove the wrap.

How to use this product

Tear open the pouch just before using the product and remove heat wrap from pouch
Do not open the airtight packaging of the heat pad until immediately before use. Thermacare® heat wraps are air activated. Once heat wraps are exposed to the air they immediately start to heat up. It may take up to 30 minutes for ThermaCare® to reach its therapeutic temperature.
Unfold the heat wrap
Remove the protective covers over the adhesive surfaces on the heat wrap. Do not touch the adhesive surfaces as this may weaken the adhesive effect.
Secure and adjust the product
Place the heat wrap on to the unclothed area of pain with the darker discs towards the skin. Press the adhesive surfaces to the skin. If 55 years or older wear over a layer of clothing.
Continuous heat therapy
Wear for 8 hours only. The therapeutic effect of the heat wrap should continue for up to an additional 8 hours after removing it.

At Pharmadirect, we are pleased to offer FREE delivery on orders over €60 to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Orders under €60 have a delivery fee of €5.95.

For our customers in the Killarney, Co. Kerry area, we offer a FREE Click & Collect service also.

Returns Policy

Pharmadirect.ie are happy to accept unwanted goods that are unopened and unused within 14 days from date of delivery to our offices at 34 Main Street, Killarney, Co. Kerry, V93 XW63. All unwanted returns must be returned unused, in original packaging with your order sheet / number & name clearly displayed.

Once goods are received, funds will be returned automatically if goods meet our required criteria. This will be confirmed by a member of our customer service team to you by phone or email.

For orders from the Island of Ireland over €60 with free shipping - €5.95 will be deducted from the amount refunded in order to cover shipping costs. For orders from outside the Island of Ireland over €150.00 the relevant shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit, Pharmadirect.ie will provide a replacement. Please contact us. within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.

Please note that items that are used and opened will not be replaced and no refund will be issued.
