How to use this product

• Tear open the airtight pouch immediately before use.
• Remove the wrap and peel away the protective backing from the adhesive strips.
• Apply directly to clean, dry skin with the darker heat cells facing the skin. If you are 55 years or older, apply over a thin layer of clothing.
• Press the adhesive strips firmly to secure the wrap in place.
• Allow up to 30 minutes for the wrap to reach its therapeutic temperature.
• Wear for up to 8 hours within any 24-hour period.

Active Ingredients

Each heat cell contains naturally warming ingredients:

• Iron powder
• Activated carbon
• Sodium chloride (salt)
• Water

Heat is generated through a natural oxidation reaction when the wrap is exposed to air. No medicinal active ingredients are included.

Returns Policy

Pharmadirect.ie are happy to accept unwanted goods that are unopened and unused within 14 days from date of delivery to our offices at 34 Main Street, Killarney, Co. Kerry, V93 XW63. All unwanted returns must be returned unused, in original packaging with your order sheet / number & name clearly displayed. 

Once goods are received, funds will be returned automatically if goods meet our required criteria. This will be confirmed by a member of our customer service team to you by phone or email.

For orders from the Island of Ireland over €60 with free shipping - €5.95 will be deducted from the amount refunded in order to cover shipping costs. For orders from outside the Island of Ireland over €150.00 the relevant shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit, Pharmadirect.ie will provide a replacement. Please contact us. within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.

Please note that items that are used and opened will not be replaced and no refund will be issued.
