How to use this product

• Open the sealed pouch immediately before use to activate the heat cells.
• Place the wrap around the knee with the darker heat cells facing the skin.
• Secure the wrap comfortably using the fastening system, ensuring it is snug but not too tight.
• Wear for up to 8 hours within a 24-hour period.
• It may take up to 30 minutes for the wrap to reach its full therapeutic temperature.

Active Ingredients

Each heat cell contains a blend of naturally heating materials, including:

• Iron powder
• Activated carbon
• Sodium chloride (salt)
• Water

The heat is generated through a natural oxidation reaction when the wrap is exposed to air. The product is free from medicinal active ingredients.

Returns Policy

Pharmadirect.ie are happy to accept unwanted goods that are unopened and unused within 14 days from date of delivery to our offices at 34 Main Street, Killarney, Co. Kerry, V93 XW63. All unwanted returns must be returned unused, in original packaging with your order sheet / number & name clearly displayed. 

Once goods are received, funds will be returned automatically if goods meet our required criteria. This will be confirmed by a member of our customer service team to you by phone or email.

For orders from the Island of Ireland over €60 with free shipping - €5.95 will be deducted from the amount refunded in order to cover shipping costs. For orders from outside the Island of Ireland over €150.00 the relevant shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit, Pharmadirect.ie will provide a replacement. Please contact us. within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.

Please note that items that are used and opened will not be replaced and no refund will be issued.
