Deramed Silicone Sheet for Scar Treatment is a self-adhesive silicone gel sheet designed to support the treatment of scars and help prevent the development of keloid and hypertrophic scars.

Suitable for use on both old and new scars, the silicone sheet covers the affected area and helps retain moisture, keeping the skin hydrated and supporting scar tissue recovery. It is particularly useful for red, dark or raised scars.

The flexible sheet measures 5 × 20cm and can be cut to size to suit the shape and dimensions of the scar. Its waterproof adhesive design is washable and reusable, making it a practical option for ongoing scar management.

How to use this product

• Begin treatment only once the wound has completely closed, or approximately 3 days after stitches have been trimmed or removed.
• Clean and thoroughly dry the affected area before application. Do not apply to a weeping wound.
• Remove the white and transparent protective films. Keep the transparent film for storing the sheet between uses.
• Position the silicone sheet so the scar is completely covered, leaving at least a 7mm margin between the scar and the edge of the sheet.
• If required, use suitable tape or a wrap to help keep the sheet securely in position.
• To allow the skin to become accustomed to the sheet, begin with 2 hours per day for the first 4 days.
• Increase wear to 4 hours per day for the following 2 days.
• Thereafter, increase application time by approximately 2 hours each day until reaching the optimum wear time of up to 24 hours per day.

Pharmadirect.ie are happy to accept unwanted goods that are unopened and unused within 14 days from date of delivery to our offices at 34 Main Street, Killarney, Co. Kerry, V93 XW63. All unwanted returns must be returned unused, in original packaging with your order sheet / number & name clearly displayed. 

Once goods are received, funds will be returned automatically if goods meet our required criteria. This will be confirmed by a member of our customer service team to you by phone or email.

For orders from the Island of Ireland over €60 with free shipping - €5.95 will be deducted from the amount refunded in order to cover shipping costs. For orders from outside the Island of Ireland over €150.00 the relevant shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit, Pharmadirect.ie will provide a replacement. Please contact us. within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.

Please note that items that are used and opened will not be replaced and no refund will be issued.
