PharmaCare Sterile Non-Woven Swabs are soft and absorbent swabs designed for wound cleansing, dressing and general first aid use. Made from a non-woven rayon and polyester fabric, they are gentle against the skin and virtually non-adherent, helping to provide comfortable wound care.

Suitable for light to moderately exuding wounds, the swabs can be used to gently clean and wipe the wound area or as a secondary dressing to provide additional absorption beneath an appropriate plaster or dressing.

Each swab is sterile, making them a practical addition to home, workplace, travel and professional first aid supplies.

How to use this product

1. Wash and dry your hands before handling the swab.

2. Remove a sterile swab from its packaging.

3. Use the swab to gently clean or wipe the affected area as required.

4. If necessary, the swab may be used as a secondary dressing beneath a suitable plaster or wound dressing.

5. Replace as required and dispose of used swabs appropriately.

Do not use if the individual sterile packaging is damaged or already open.

Seek medical advice for deep, heavily bleeding, infected or slow-healing wounds.

Always follow appropriate first aid and wound-care procedures.

Returns Policy

Pharmadirect.ie are happy to accept unwanted goods that are unopened and unused within 14 days from date of delivery to our offices at 34 Main Street, Killarney, Co. Kerry, V93 XW63. All unwanted returns must be returned unused, in original packaging with your order sheet / number & name clearly displayed. 

Once goods are received, funds will be returned automatically if goods meet our required criteria. This will be confirmed by a member of our customer service team to you by phone or email.

For orders from the Island of Ireland over €60 with free shipping - €5.95 will be deducted from the amount refunded in order to cover shipping costs. For orders from outside the Island of Ireland over €150.00 the relevant shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit, Pharmadirect.ie will provide a replacement. Please contact us. within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.

Please note that items that are used and opened will not be replaced and no refund will be issued.
