How to use this product

1. Clean the wound according to appropriate wound-care procedures.

2. Ensure the surrounding skin is clean and dry.

3. Remove the dressing from its packaging and carefully remove the protective backing.

4. Position the absorbent pad centrally over the wound.

5. Gently smooth the adhesive border onto the surrounding skin without stretching the dressing.

6. Replace the dressing as required according to the condition of the wound and level of exudate.

Important Information:

For external use only.

Do not use if the individual dressing packaging is damaged or open.

Monitor the wound regularly. Seek advice from a healthcare professional if you notice signs of infection such as increasing redness, swelling, warmth, discharge, worsening pain or an unpleasant odour.

For chronic, deep, infected or difficult-to-heal wounds, seek professional wound-care advice.

Returns Policy

Pharmadirect.ie are happy to accept unwanted goods that are unopened and unused within 14 days from date of delivery to our offices at 34 Main Street, Killarney, Co. Kerry, V93 XW63. All unwanted returns must be returned unused, in original packaging with your order sheet / number & name clearly displayed. 

Once goods are received, funds will be returned automatically if goods meet our required criteria. This will be confirmed by a member of our customer service team to you by phone or email.

For orders from the Island of Ireland over €60 with free shipping - €5.95 will be deducted from the amount refunded in order to cover shipping costs. For orders from outside the Island of Ireland over €150.00 the relevant shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit, Pharmadirect.ie will provide a replacement. Please contact us. within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.

Please note that items that are used and opened will not be replaced and no refund will be issued.
