PharmaCare Kinesiology Tape is a flexible, breathable tape designed to provide support to muscles and joints without restricting your natural range of movement. Ideal for sports, exercise and everyday activities, the elastic tape moves comfortably with your skin and muscles.

Featuring a wave-pattern adhesive, PharmaCare Kinesiology Tape gently lifts the skin while providing targeted support to the affected area. It may help to reduce discomfort and inflammation, improve circulation and provide additional support to tired or weakened muscles.

The tape is latex-free and features a hypoallergenic adhesive, making it suitable for a wide range of kinesiology taping applications. Once correctly applied, it can generally be worn for 24–48 hours.

How to use this product

Apply to clean, dry skin that is free from oils, lotions and creams. Cut the required amount of tape and apply according to the appropriate kinesiology taping technique for the area being supported. Rub the tape after application to help activate the adhesive.

Do not apply to broken or damaged skin. If you have sensitive skin, test a small section before use. Discontinue use if skin irritation occurs.

At Pharmadirect, we are pleased to offer FREE delivery on orders over €60 to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Orders under €60 have a delivery fee of €5.95.

For our customers in the Killarney, Co. Kerry area, we offer a FREE Click & Collect service also.

Returns Policy

Pharmadirect.ie are happy to accept unwanted goods that are unopened and unused within 14 days from date of delivery to our offices at 34 Main Street, Killarney, Co. Kerry, V93 XW63. All unwanted returns must be returned unused, in original packaging with your order sheet / number & name clearly displayed.

Once goods are received, funds will be returned automatically if goods meet our required criteria. This will be confirmed by a member of our customer service team to you by phone or email.

For orders from the Island of Ireland over €60 with free shipping - €5.95 will be deducted from the amount refunded in order to cover shipping costs. For orders from outside the Island of Ireland over €150.00 the relevant shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit, Pharmadirect.ie will provide a replacement. Please contact us. within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.

Please note that items that are used and opened will not be replaced and no refund will be issued.
