Mölnlycke Mepore Ultra Waterproof Dressing 10 x 11cm is a sterile, self-adhesive and absorbent wound dressing designed to help protect and manage low to moderately exuding wounds, including surgical wounds, cuts and abrasions.

Mepore Ultra combines an absorbent wound pad with a low-adherent wound contact layer and a skin-friendly adhesive border. Its breathable, waterproof outer film provides a barrier against water and external contamination, allowing the dressing to remain in place while showering.

The flexible and conformable design helps the dressing sit comfortably against the skin while providing reliable wound protection and secure fixation.

Suitable For

Mepore Ultra Waterproof Dressings are suitable for a range of low to moderately exuding wounds, including:

• Surgical and post-operative wounds
• Cuts
• Abrasions
• Other suitable wounds requiring an absorbent, showerproof adhesive dressing

How to use this product

1. Cleanse the wound according to appropriate wound-care practice or the advice of your healthcare professional.
2. Ensure the skin surrounding the wound is clean and thoroughly dry.
3. Open the sterile packaging and remove the dressing.
4. Remove the protective release liners.
5. Position the absorbent wound pad so that it completely covers the wound.
6. Gently smooth the adhesive border onto the surrounding skin.
7. Avoid stretching the dressing during application.

Change the dressing according to the condition of the wound, before it becomes fully saturated, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Returns Policy

Pharmadirect.ie are happy to accept unwanted goods that are unopened and unused within 14 days from date of delivery to our offices at 34 Main Street, Killarney, Co. Kerry, V93 XW63. All unwanted returns must be returned unused, in original packaging with your order sheet / number & name clearly displayed. 

Once goods are received, funds will be returned automatically if goods meet our required criteria. This will be confirmed by a member of our customer service team to you by phone or email.

For orders from the Island of Ireland over €60 with free shipping - €5.95 will be deducted from the amount refunded in order to cover shipping costs. For orders from outside the Island of Ireland over €150.00 the relevant shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit, Pharmadirect.ie will provide a replacement. Please contact us. within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.

Please note that items that are used and opened will not be replaced and no refund will be issued.
