Paralief Paracetamol 500mg Soft Capsules – 20 Capsules are used for the short-term relief of mild to moderate pain and to help reduce fever.

Each soft capsule contains 500mg of paracetamol, a widely used pain reliever that can help manage everyday aches and pains. The soft capsule format is designed to be easy to swallow.

Paralief Paracetamol can be used for the symptomatic relief of a range of painful conditions, including headache, migraine, toothache, period pain, muscular aches and pains, backache, sore throat, and cold and flu-related aches and fever.

Important: Do not take with any other medicine containing paracetamol. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Always read the patient information leaflet before use. If symptoms persist or worsen, speak to your pharmacist or doctor.

How to use this product

Dosage and administration: Adults and adolescents older than 15 years (> 55 kg body weight): 1 or 2 capsules (500-1,000 mg) at a time, with a maximum of 6 capsules (3,000 mg) within 24 hours. Adults and adolescents older than 15 years (= 55 kg body weight): The effective daily dose should not exceed 60 mg/kg/day (up to 2 g/day).

Pharmadirect.ie are happy to accept unwanted goods that are unopened and unused within 14 days from date of delivery to our offices at 34 Main Street, Killarney, Co. Kerry, V93 XW63. All unwanted returns must be returned unused, in original packaging with your order sheet / number & name clearly displayed. 

Once goods are received, funds will be returned automatically if goods meet our required criteria. This will be confirmed by a member of our customer service team to you by phone or email.

For orders from the Island of Ireland over €60 with free shipping - €5.95 will be deducted from the amount refunded in order to cover shipping costs. For orders from outside the Island of Ireland over €150.00 the relevant shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit, Pharmadirect.ie will provide a replacement. Please contact us. within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.

Please note that items that are used and opened will not be replaced and no refund will be issued.
