How to use this product

1. Remove the soiled nappy and gently clean your baby's nappy area.
2. Carefully pat the skin dry with a soft towel or cloth.
3. Apply a thin layer of Bepanthen Nappy Rash Ointment to clean, dry skin.
4. Gently spread the ointment over the nappy area, paying particular attention to areas prone to irritation.
5. Put on a clean nappy.
6. Reapply at each nappy change or as directed on the packaging.

Baby Care Tip: Change nappies regularly and allow your baby's skin some nappy-free time where practical to help reduce prolonged exposure to moisture.

Active Ingredients

Ingredients: Aqua, Lanolin, Paraffinum liquidum, Petrolatum, Panthenol, Prunus amygdalus dulcis oil, Cera alba, Cetyl alcohol, Stearyl alcohol, Ozokerite, Glyceryl oleate, Lanolin alcohol.

The formulation contains paraffin oil, petrolatum and almond oil which create a protective layer on the skin.

We can confirm that the product contains a nut derived ingredient; the product contains Prunus amygdalus dulcis oil (sweet almond oil).

Returns Policy

Pharmadirect.ie are happy to accept unwanted goods that are unopened and unused within 14 days from date of delivery to our offices at 34 Main Street, Killarney, Co. Kerry, V93 XW63. All unwanted returns must be returned unused, in original packaging with your order sheet / number & name clearly displayed. 

Once goods are received, funds will be returned automatically if goods meet our required criteria. This will be confirmed by a member of our customer service team to you by phone or email.

For orders from the Island of Ireland over €60 with free shipping - €5.95 will be deducted from the amount refunded in order to cover shipping costs. For orders from outside the Island of Ireland over €150.00 the relevant shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit, Pharmadirect.ie will provide a replacement. Please contact us. within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.

Please note that items that are used and opened will not be replaced and no refund will be issued.
