How to use this product

To Treat Scabies:

1. Apply thoroughly to the entire body, avoiding the head and neck area.

2. Repeat the application the following day. If necessary, apply a third treatment after five days for maximum effectiveness.

To Treat Lice:

1. Apply the emulsion directly to the affected area (either body or hair).

2. Leave the product on for 24 hours before washing thoroughly.

3. For severe infestations, two or three treatments may be necessary.

For Infants & Children:

• Older Children: Dilute the emulsion with equal parts water.

• Infants: Dilute with three parts water for safe application.

Additional Care: Thorough bathing and a complete change of clothing and bedding are required to prevent re-infestation.

All unwanted returns must be returned unused, in original packaging with your order sheet / number & name clearly displayed. 

Once goods are received, funds will be returned automatically if goods meet our required criteria. This will be confirmed by a member of our customer service team to you by phone or email.

For orders from the Island of Ireland over €60 with free shipping - €5.95 will be deducted from the amount refunded in order to cover shipping costs. For orders from outside the Island of Ireland over €150.00 the relevant shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit, Pharmadirect.ie will provide a replacement. Please contact us. within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.

Please note that items that are used and opened will not be replaced and no refund will be issued.
