Nurofen for Children 3 Months Plus Orange 100mg/5ml Oral Suspension 150ml is a fast-acting liquid medicine designed to relieve fever, pain, and inflammation in babies and children aged 3 months to 12 years (over 5kg).

It contains ibuprofen, a proven anti-inflammatory ingredient that helps reduce temperature and ease discomfort from common childhood conditions such as teething, earache, sore throat, headache, cold & flu symptoms, and minor aches and pains. It can also provide relief for up to 8 hours, helping your child rest and recover more comfortably.

The pleasant orange flavour makes it easier to administer, and the liquid format allows for precise, weight-based dosing using a syringe or spoon.

How to use this product

Always follow the dosing instructions in the leaflet or pharmacist guidance.

Typical dosing (by age/weight):

• 3–6 months: 2.5ml up to 3 times daily
• 6–12 months: 2.5ml up to 3 times daily
• 1–3 years: 5ml up to 3 times daily
• 4–6 years: 7.5ml up to 3 times daily
• 7–9 years: 10ml up to 3 times daily
• 10–12 years: 15ml up to 3 times daily

Leave at least 6 hours between doses. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

• Not suitable for babies under 3 months or under 5kg
• Short-term use only unless advised by a healthcare professional
• If symptoms persist beyond 3 days, consult a doctor or pharmacist

Pharmadirect.ie are happy to accept unwanted goods that are unopened and unused within 14 days from date of delivery to our offices at 34 Main Street, Killarney, Co. Kerry, V93 XW63. All unwanted returns must be returned unused, in original packaging with your order sheet / number & name clearly displayed. 

Once goods are received, funds will be returned automatically if goods meet our required criteria. This will be confirmed by a member of our customer service team to you by phone or email.

For orders from the Island of Ireland over €60 with free shipping - €5.95 will be deducted from the amount refunded in order to cover shipping costs. For orders from outside the Island of Ireland over €150.00 the relevant shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit, Pharmadirect.ie will provide a replacement. Please contact us. within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.

Please note that items that are used and opened will not be replaced and no refund will be issued.
