Nurofen for Children 3 Months Plus Strawberry Oral Suspension 150ml is a fast-acting ibuprofen liquid medicine designed to relieve fever, pain, and inflammation in babies and children from 3 months old (over 5kg).

It is commonly used for symptoms such as teething pain, earache, sore throat, headaches, cold & flu symptoms, and minor aches and pains, while also helping reduce high temperature. The strawberry flavour makes it easier to administer, and the included syringe allows for precise, weight-based dosing.

The medicine typically starts working within about 15 minutes and can provide relief for up to 8 hours, helping children stay more comfortable day and night.

How to use this product

Always follow the patient leaflet or pharmacist guidance.

Typical dosing:

• 3–6 months: 2.5ml up to 3 times daily
• 6–12 months: 2.5ml up to 3–4 times daily
• 1–3 years: 5ml up to 3 times daily
• Older children: dose increases according to weight

Leave at least 6 hours between doses. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount.

• Not suitable for babies under 3 months or under 5kg
• Short-term use only unless advised by a healthcare professional

All unwanted returns must be returned unused, in original packaging with your order sheet / number & name clearly displayed. 

Once goods are received, funds will be returned automatically if goods meet our required criteria. This will be confirmed by a member of our customer service team to you by phone or email.

For orders from the Island of Ireland over €60 with free shipping - €5.95 will be deducted from the amount refunded in order to cover shipping costs. For orders from outside the Island of Ireland over €150.00 the relevant shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit, Pharmadirect.ie will provide a replacement. Please contact us. within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.

Please note that items that are used and opened will not be replaced and no refund will be issued.
