Nurofen for Children 60mg Suppositories provide fast, effective relief from fever and pain in babies and toddlers aged 3 months to 2 years (3–24 months). They are especially useful when a child is unable to take oral medicine due to vomiting, refusal, or difficulty swallowing.

Each suppository contains ibuprofen 60mg, a well-established medicine that helps reduce fever, inflammation, and pain, including symptoms associated with teething, earache, sore throat, colds, and minor aches.

The suppository form allows the medicine to be absorbed through the rectum, providing a practical alternative route of administration for young children when liquid medicines are not suitable.

How to use this product

• 3–9 months: 1 suppository up to 3 times in 24 hours
• 9 months–2 years: 1 suppository up to 4 times in 24 hours
• Leave at least 6 hours between doses
• Do not exceed the recommended daily dose

Wash hands before and after use. Remove one suppository from packaging and gently insert into the child’s rectum. Ensure correct dosage based on age/weight and always follow the patient information leaflet.

All unwanted returns must be returned unused, in original packaging with your order sheet / number & name clearly displayed. 

Once goods are received, funds will be returned automatically if goods meet our required criteria. This will be confirmed by a member of our customer service team to you by phone or email.

For orders from the Island of Ireland over €60 with free shipping - €5.95 will be deducted from the amount refunded in order to cover shipping costs. For orders from outside the Island of Ireland over €150.00 the relevant shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit, Pharmadirect.ie will provide a replacement. Please contact us. within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.

Please note that items that are used and opened will not be replaced and no refund will be issued.
