Mölnlycke Mepore Ultra Waterproof Dressing 7 x 8cm is a sterile, self-adhesive and absorbent wound dressing designed for low to moderately exuding wounds, including surgical wounds, cuts and abrasions.

Mepore Ultra combines an absorbent wound pad with a low-adherent wound contact layer and a skin-friendly adhesive border. Its breathable, waterproof outer film helps protect the wound from water and external contamination, making the dressing suitable for wearing while showering.

The flexible construction conforms comfortably to the body, while the secure adhesive border helps keep the dressing in place during everyday activities.

How to use this product

1. Cleanse the wound according to appropriate wound-care practice or the advice of your healthcare professional.
2. Dry the surrounding skin thoroughly.
3. Open the sterile package and remove the dressing.
4. Remove the protective release liners.
5. Position the absorbent wound pad over the wound.
6. Gently smooth the adhesive border onto the surrounding skin to secure the dressing.
7. Do not stretch the dressing during application.

Change the dressing according to the condition of the wound and the advice of your healthcare professional.

Returns Policy

Pharmadirect.ie are happy to accept unwanted goods that are unopened and unused within 14 days from date of delivery to our offices at 34 Main Street, Killarney, Co. Kerry, V93 XW63. All unwanted returns must be returned unused, in original packaging with your order sheet / number & name clearly displayed. 

Once goods are received, funds will be returned automatically if goods meet our required criteria. This will be confirmed by a member of our customer service team to you by phone or email.

For orders from the Island of Ireland over €60 with free shipping - €5.95 will be deducted from the amount refunded in order to cover shipping costs. For orders from outside the Island of Ireland over €150.00 the relevant shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit, Pharmadirect.ie will provide a replacement. Please contact us. within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.

Please note that items that are used and opened will not be replaced and no refund will be issued.
