Mölnlycke Mepore Adhesive Dressing 6 x 7cm is a sterile, self-adhesive and absorbent wound dressing designed for the management of wounds with low to moderate levels of exudate, including surgical wounds, cuts and abrasions.

The all-in-one dressing combines an absorbent wound pad with a low-adherent wound contact layer and a skin-friendly adhesive border. This helps provide secure fixation while reducing the risk of the dressing adhering to the wound.

Mepore's breathable and flexible non-woven backing conforms comfortably to the body's contours and allows freedom of movement, making it a practical choice for everyday wound care.

Suitable For

Mepore Adhesive Dressings are suitable for a variety of superficial wounds with low to moderate levels of exudate, including:

• Post-operative and surgical wounds
• Cuts
• Abrasions
• Other suitable superficial wounds requiring an absorbent adhesive dressing

How to use this product

1. Cleanse the wound according to the advice of your healthcare professional or appropriate wound-care practice.
2. Thoroughly dry the skin surrounding the wound.
3. Open the sterile packaging and remove the dressing.
4. Remove the protective release liners to expose the adhesive surface.
5. Position the absorbent pad over the wound without stretching the dressing.
6. Gently smooth the adhesive border onto the surrounding skin to secure it in place.

Change the dressing before it becomes fully saturated, if leakage occurs, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Returns Policy

Pharmadirect.ie are happy to accept unwanted goods that are unopened and unused within 14 days from date of delivery to our offices at 34 Main Street, Killarney, Co. Kerry, V93 XW63. All unwanted returns must be returned unused, in original packaging with your order sheet / number & name clearly displayed. 

Once goods are received, funds will be returned automatically if goods meet our required criteria. This will be confirmed by a member of our customer service team to you by phone or email.

For orders from the Island of Ireland over €60 with free shipping - €5.95 will be deducted from the amount refunded in order to cover shipping costs. For orders from outside the Island of Ireland over €150.00 the relevant shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit, Pharmadirect.ie will provide a replacement. Please contact us. within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.

Please note that items that are used and opened will not be replaced and no refund will be issued.
