How to use this product

The Kara Rapid Home Vaginal pH Test measures the acidity or alkalinity of the vaginal secretions and is carried out to determine the cause of vaginal symptoms such as itching, burning, or discharge.

The test is carried out by gently pressing the test swab into the vagina wall to collect a sample of vaginal fluid. The pH test interpretation panel is then examined, and a colour change will indicate the vaginal acidity or alkalinity level.

Normal vaginal pH levels range from 3.8 to 4.4, which is slightly acidic. An abnormal pH level may indicate an infection or another underlying condition that requires medical attention.

All unwanted returns must be returned unused, in original packaging with your order sheet / number & name clearly displayed. 

Once goods are received, funds will be returned automatically if goods meet our required criteria. This will be confirmed by a member of our customer service team to you by phone or email.

For orders from the Island of Ireland over €60 with free shipping - €5.95 will be deducted from the amount refunded in order to cover shipping costs. For orders from outside the Island of Ireland over €150.00 the relevant shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit, Pharmadirect.ie will provide a replacement. Please contact us. within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.
