Empty the contents of one sachet into exactly 200ml (approximately 7 fl oz) of drinking water and stir until completely dissolved.
Use fresh drinking water for adults and children. For infants where drinking water is unavailable, use freshly boiled and cooled water.
Adults, including the elderly:
Take 1 or 2 sachets after every loose stool, with each sachet dissolved separately in 200ml of water.
Children over 24 months:
Give 1 sachet after every loose stool.
Infants under 24 months:
Use only under medical advice. The approximate amount is one to one-and-a-half times the usual 24-hour feed volume, prepared according to the enclosed instructions or the advice of a healthcare professional.
If vomiting accompanies diarrhoea, give or take the prepared solution in small, frequent amounts.
If diarrhoea persists for longer than 24–36 hours, consult a doctor.
