How to use this product

To use Balance Activ BV Treatment Pessaries, follow these simple steps:

Wash your hands thoroughly before and after handling the pessary.
Insert the Pessary:
- Remove a single pessary from its packaging.
- Lie down on your back with your knees bent, or stand with one leg elevated on a surface like a chair for easier insertion.
- Gently insert the pessary into the vagina as far as it comfortably goes, using your finger to help position it properly.
Use at Night: It is recommended to insert the pessary at bedtime to allow it to work while you sleep and minimize any potential leakage.
Duration of Use: Use one pessary per day for 7 consecutive days.

Returns Policy

Pharmadirect.ie are happy to accept unwanted goods that are unopened and unused within 14 days from date of delivery to our offices at 34 Main Street, Killarney, Co. Kerry, V93 XW63. All unwanted returns must be returned unused, in original packaging with your order sheet / number & name clearly displayed.

Once goods are received, funds will be returned automatically if goods meet our required criteria. This will be confirmed by a member of our customer service team to you by phone or email.

For orders from the Island of Ireland over €60 with free shipping - €5.95 will be deducted from the amount refunded in order to cover shipping costs. For orders from outside the Island of Ireland over €150.00 the relevant shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit, Pharmadirect.ie will provide a replacement. Please contact us. within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.

Please note that items that are used and opened will not be replaced and no refund will be issued.
