Avène Tolérance Control Soothing Skin Recovery Balm is an ultra-calming, rich moisturising balm specially formulated for dry to very dry, hypersensitive, reactive, intolerant or allergy-prone skin. At the heart of the formula is D-Sensinose™, Avène's patented postbiotic active ingredient derived from Avène Thermal Spring Water. It is specifically developed to help calm hypersensitive skin and reduce sensations of tightness, tingling and discomfort.

Avène reports that Tolérance Control Balm calms skin in just 30 seconds, provides 24-hour moisturisation and helps restore the skin barrier within 48 hours.

Its rich, comforting texture is particularly suited to dry and very dry skin, while nourishing ingredients including Shea Butter, Squalane and Glycerin help maintain hydration and softness.

How to use this product

Apply morning and evening to clean, dry skin.

1. Dispense a small amount of Tolérance Control Balm onto the fingertips.
2. Gently spread the balm between the fingers.
3. Dab onto the face and neck.
4. Smooth gently from the centre of the face outwards using the fingertips.
5. The balm can also be carefully applied around the eye contour.

Use daily as the moisturising step in a skincare routine for dry, hypersensitive or reactive skin.

Returns Policy

Pharmadirect.ie are happy to accept unwanted goods that are unopened and unused within 14 days from date of delivery to our offices at 34 Main Street, Killarney, Co. Kerry, V93 XW63. All unwanted returns must be returned unused, in original packaging with your order sheet / number & name clearly displayed. 

Once goods are received, funds will be returned automatically if goods meet our required criteria. This will be confirmed by a member of our customer service team to you by phone or email.

For orders from the Island of Ireland over €60 with free shipping - €5.95 will be deducted from the amount refunded in order to cover shipping costs. For orders from outside the Island of Ireland over €150.00 the relevant shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit, Pharmadirect.ie will provide a replacement. Please contact us. within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.

Please note that items that are used and opened will not be replaced and no refund will be issued.
