What do Arret Capsules do? This medicine is used to treat sudden short-lived (acute) attacks of diarrhoea in adults and children aged 12 years and over. Dosage: Adults and children over 12: Take two capsules initially, followed by one capsule after each further episode of diarrhoea up to a maximum of 5 in 24 hours.  Arret is for the symptomatic relief of diarrhoea only and is not a substitute for rehydration therapy. If symptoms persist for more than 24 hours, consult your doctor. What’s in this medicine? The active ingredient in Arret Capsules is: Loperamide hydrochloride 2 mg per capsule. Other ingredients are: Lactose Monohydrate, maize starch, talc and magnesium stearate. the capsule itself is made up of titanium dioxide (E171), black ferrous oxide (E172), red ferric oxide (E172), yellow ferric oxide (E172) Gelatin and indigotindisulphonate sodium (E132) WARNING Do not exceed the stated dose. Consult your doctor or pharmacist before use if you are taking any medication, are being treated for a medical condition or are pregnant or breastfeeding.  Keep out of the reach and the sight of children. Returns Policy

Pharmadirect.ie are happy to accept unwanted goods that are unopened and unused within 14 days from date of delivery to our offices at 34 Main Street, Killarney, Co. Kerry, V93 XW63. All unwanted returns must be returned unused, in original packaging with your order sheet / number & name clearly displayed. 

Once goods are received, funds will be returned automatically if goods meet our required criteria. This will be confirmed by a member of our customer service team to you by phone or email.

For orders from the Island of Ireland over €60 with free shipping - €5.95 will be deducted from the amount refunded in order to cover shipping costs. For orders from outside the Island of Ireland over €150.00 the relevant shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit, Pharmadirect.ie will provide a replacement. Please contact us. within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.

Please note that items that are used and opened will not be replaced and no refund will be issued.
