Zirtek 1mg/ml Oral Solution 100ml is an anti-allergy medicine containing cetirizine dihydrochloride. It helps relieve the nasal and eye symptoms associated with seasonal and year-round allergic rhinitis, as well as the symptoms of urticaria (hives).

The easy-to-take oral solution has a slightly sweet, banana flavour and is suitable for adults and children aged 2 years and over.

How to use this product

Adults and adolescents over 12 years: Take 10ml once daily.
Children aged 6–12 years: Take 5ml twice daily.
Children aged 2–6 years: Take 2.5ml twice daily.

The solution can be swallowed as it is. Always use this medicine exactly as described in the patient information leaflet or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.

Important Information:
Always read the patient information leaflet before use.

Speak to your doctor or pharmacist before taking Zirtek if you have kidney problems, difficulty passing urine, epilepsy or are at risk of convulsions.

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine.

If symptoms do not improve or become worse after 3 days, speak to your doctor.

Keep all medicines out of the sight and reach of children.

Each 1ml of oral solution contains 1mg cetirizine dihydrochloride.

Returns Policy

Pharmadirect.ie are happy to accept unwanted goods that are unopened and unused within 14 days from date of delivery to our offices at 34 Main Street, Killarney, Co. Kerry, V93 XW63. All unwanted returns must be returned unused, in original packaging with your order sheet / number & name clearly displayed.

Once goods are received, funds will be returned automatically if goods meet our required criteria. This will be confirmed by a member of our customer service team to you by phone or email.

For orders from the Island of Ireland over €60 with free shipping - €5.95 will be deducted from the amount refunded in order to cover shipping costs. For orders from outside the Island of Ireland over €150.00 the relevant shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit, Pharmadirect.ie will provide a replacement. Please contact us. within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.

Please note that items that are used and opened will not be replaced and no refund will be issued.
