Vitabiotics Pregnacare Max – 56 Tablets + 28 Capsules is an advanced prenatal multivitamin, mineral and Omega-3 supplement developed to provide comprehensive nutritional support throughout pregnancy.

As the advanced formula in the Pregnacare range, Pregnacare Max combines two micronutrient tablets with one high-purity Omega-3 DHA capsule per day. The formula provides 400 µg folic acid, including the readily bioavailable form L-Methylfolate, together with 500 mg calcium, 10 µg vitamin D3, 17 mg iron, magnesium, zinc and iodine.

Folic acid contributes to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy and has a role in the process of cell division. Supplemental folic acid intake increases maternal folate status, with low maternal folate status recognised as a risk factor in the development of neural tube defects in the developing foetus.

Pregnacare Max also provides 500 mg calcium, which contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, together with vitamin D, which supports the normal absorption and utilisation of calcium.

The accompanying high-purity Omega-3 fish oil capsule provides 300 mg DHA and 60 mg EPA. Maternal intake of DHA contributes to the normal brain and eye development of the foetus when the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 200 mg DHA in addition to the recommended daily intake of 250 mg DHA and EPA for adults.

The comprehensive formula is completed with specialist nutrients including L-Arginine, Inositol and N-Acetyl Cysteine.

How to use this product

Take two Pregnacare Max tablets plus one Omega-3 capsule per day with your main meal.

Swallow each with water or a cold drink. Do not chew.

Pregnacare Max should only be taken on a full stomach.

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Pregnacare Max can be started at any point during pregnancy.

This comprehensive formula replaces other Pregnacare multivitamins, so there is no need to take an additional multivitamin alongside Pregnacare Max.

Returns Policy

Pharmadirect.ie are happy to accept unwanted goods that are unopened and unused within 14 days from date of delivery to our offices at 34 Main Street, Killarney, Co. Kerry, V93 XW63. All unwanted returns must be returned unused, in original packaging with your order sheet / number & name clearly displayed. 

Once goods are received, funds will be returned automatically if goods meet our required criteria. This will be confirmed by a member of our customer service team to you by phone or email.

For orders from the Island of Ireland over €60 with free shipping - €5.95 will be deducted from the amount refunded in order to cover shipping costs. For orders from outside the Island of Ireland over €150.00 the relevant shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit, Pharmadirect.ie will provide a replacement. Please contact us. within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.
