How to use this product

Before first use, disassemble all bottle components and wash thoroughly in warm, soapy water. Rinse well and sterilise according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Prepare breast milk or formula as required and pour into the bottle. Fit the teat securely into the screw ring and attach it firmly to the bottle.

Before feeding, always check the temperature of the milk. Hold your baby in a comfortable, semi-upright position and keep the teat filled with milk during feeding to help minimise air intake.

After each feed, disassemble the bottle and wash all components thoroughly. Sterilise before the next use.

Always inspect teats before use and replace immediately if damaged or worn. Use under adult supervision and follow the manufacturer's instructions.

Returns Policy

Pharmadirect.ie are happy to accept unwanted goods that are unopened and unused within 14 days from date of delivery to our offices at 34 Main Street, Killarney, Co. Kerry, V93 XW63. All unwanted returns must be returned unused, in original packaging with your order sheet / number & name clearly displayed. 

Once goods are received, funds will be returned automatically if goods meet our required criteria. This will be confirmed by a member of our customer service team to you by phone or email.

For orders from the Island of Ireland over €60 with free shipping - €5.95 will be deducted from the amount refunded in order to cover shipping costs. For orders from outside the Island of Ireland over €150.00 the relevant shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit, Pharmadirect.ie will provide a replacement. Please contact us. within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.

Please note that items that are used and opened will not be replaced and no refund will be issued.
