How to use this product

1. Tear open the pouch just before using the product and remove heat wrap from pouch

   Do not open the airtight pouch until immediately before use. ThermaCare® heat wraps are air activated. Once heat wraps are exposed to the air they immediately start to heat up.

2. Unfold the heat wrap

   Fold out the heat wrap completely.
   The ThermaCare® heat wrap adapts to any waist size.

3. Place the heat wrap on the area of pain

   Place the heat wrap on to the unclothed area of pain with the darker discs towards the skin. If 55 years or older wear over a layer of clothing. It may take up to 30 minutes to reach the therapeutic temperature of approx. 40°C. The temperature remains constant for the 8 hours of use.

4. Secure and adjust the heat wrap

   The unique velcro closure system should be to the front of the body and allows for adjusting the heat wrap to a comfortable position.

5. Continuous heat therapy

   Wear for 8 hours only. The therapeutic effect of the heat wrap should continue for up to an additional 8 hours after removing it.

Returns Policy

Pharmadirect.ie are happy to accept unwanted goods that are unopened and unused within 14 days from date of delivery to our offices at 34 Main Street, Killarney, Co. Kerry, V93 XW63. All unwanted returns must be returned unused, in original packaging with your order sheet / number & name clearly displayed. 

Once goods are received, funds will be returned automatically if goods meet our required criteria. This will be confirmed by a member of our customer service team to you by phone or email.

For orders from the Island of Ireland over €60 with free shipping - €5.95 will be deducted from the amount refunded in order to cover shipping costs. For orders from outside the Island of Ireland over €150.00 the relevant shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit, Pharmadirect.ie will provide a replacement. Please contact us. within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.

Please note that items that are used and opened will not be replaced and no refund will be issued.
