Sudafed 0.1% Nasal Spray Solution provides fast, targeted relief from nasal congestion, helping to clear a blocked or stuffy nose and make breathing easier.

The spray contains xylometazoline hydrochloride, a decongestant that works directly in the nose by reducing swelling of the blood vessels in the nasal passages. This helps open the nasal airways and relieve congestion associated with conditions such as colds and sinusitis.

How to use this product

Use Sudafed 0.1% Nasal Spray Solution exactly as directed in the patient information leaflet or by your pharmacist. Do not exceed the recommended dose or use for longer than recommended, as prolonged or excessive use of nasal decongestants may cause congestion to return or worsen.

Sudafed 0.1% Nasal Spray Solution may not be suitable for everyone. Speak to your doctor or pharmacist before use if you have an existing medical condition, are taking other medicines, or are pregnant or breastfeeding.

For hygiene reasons, the nasal spray should only be used by one person.

Active Ingredients

Xylometazoline hydrochloride 0.1% w/v. Each spray contains 140 microgrames of Xylometazoline hydrochloride.

Returns Policy

Pharmadirect.ie are happy to accept unwanted goods that are unopened and unused within 14 days from date of delivery to our offices at 34 Main Street, Killarney, Co. Kerry, V93 XW63. All unwanted returns must be returned unused, in original packaging with your order sheet / number & name clearly displayed. 

Once goods are received, funds will be returned automatically if goods meet our required criteria. This will be confirmed by a member of our customer service team to you by phone or email.

For orders from the Island of Ireland over €60 with free shipping - €5.95 will be deducted from the amount refunded in order to cover shipping costs. For orders from outside the Island of Ireland over €150.00 the relevant shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit, Pharmadirect.ie will provide a replacement. Please contact us. within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.

Please note that items that are used and opened will not be replaced and no refund will be issued.
