How to use this product

1. Remove the Old Head: Carefully detach the existing brush head from your Sonisk Pulse Travel Toothbrush.
2. Attach the Replacement: Securely fit a new Sonisk Pulse Replacement Head onto the toothbrush handle.
3. Apply Toothpaste: Wet the bristles and apply a pea-sized amount of fluoride toothpaste.
4. Brush Gently: Brush your teeth for two minutes, twice daily, using gentle pressure.
5. Rinse After Use: Thoroughly rinse the brush head under running water and allow it to air dry.
6. Replace Regularly: Change your toothbrush head approximately every three months, or sooner if the bristles become worn or frayed.

Returns Policy

Pharmadirect.ie are happy to accept unwanted goods that are unopened and unused within 14 days from date of delivery to our offices at 34 Main Street, Killarney, Co. Kerry, V93 XW63. All unwanted returns must be returned unused, in original packaging with your order sheet / number & name clearly displayed. 

Once goods are received, funds will be returned automatically if goods meet our required criteria. This will be confirmed by a member of our customer service team to you by phone or email.

For orders from the Island of Ireland over €60 with free shipping - €5.95 will be deducted from the amount refunded in order to cover shipping costs. For orders from outside the Island of Ireland over €150.00 the relevant shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit, Pharmadirect.ie will provide a replacement. Please contact us. within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.

Please note that items that are used and opened will not be replaced and no refund will be issued.
