Dissolve 1–2 tablets in at least half a tumbler of water every 4–6 hours as required. Do not take more frequently than every 4 hours. Do not take more than 8 tablets in 24 hours.
Adolescents aged 12–15 years:
Dissolve 1 tablet in at least half a tumbler of water every 4–6 hours as required. Do not take more frequently than every 4 hours. Do not take more than 4 tablets in 24 hours.
The tablets may take up to 2 minutes to dissolve.
Not suitable for children under 12 years of age.
Important Information
Contains paracetamol. Do not take with any other medicines containing paracetamol.
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Taking more than the recommended dose may cause serious liver damage. Seek immediate medical advice in the event of an overdose, even if you feel well.
Due to the caffeine content, avoid excessive consumption of caffeine-containing drinks such as coffee and tea while taking this medicine.
Speak to your doctor or pharmacist before taking Solpa-Extra if you have liver or kidney problems, are on a controlled-sodium diet, or have any other medical condition that may affect your suitability for this medicine.
This medicine is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless advised by a doctor.
Keep out of the sight and reach of children. Do not store above 25°C and store in the original packaging to protect from moisture.
