How to use this product

1. Using both hands, gently pull the sleeve onto your foot until it is positioned around the arch.
2. Position the foam cushion in the middle of the foot, between the ball of the foot and the heel.
3. Stand up and check that the cushion feels comfortable and provides support in the correct position.
4. Adjust the sleeve as required for a comfortable fit.
5. The sleeve should provide gentle compression but should not be so tight that it restricts circulation.

It can be worn during daily activities, with footwear or while relaxing and sleeping.

Returns Policy

Pharmadirect.ie are happy to accept unwanted goods that are unopened and unused within 14 days from date of delivery to our offices at 34 Main Street, Killarney, Co. Kerry, V93 XW63. All unwanted returns must be returned unused, in original packaging with your order sheet / number & name clearly displayed. 

Once goods are received, funds will be returned automatically if goods meet our required criteria. This will be confirmed by a member of our customer service team to you by phone or email.

For orders from the Island of Ireland over €60 with free shipping - €5.95 will be deducted from the amount refunded in order to cover shipping costs. For orders from outside the Island of Ireland over €150.00 the relevant shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit, Pharmadirect.ie will provide a replacement. Please contact us. within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.

Please note that items that are used and opened will not be replaced and no refund will be issued.
