Rowalief 500mg Tablets contain paracetamol, a commonly used pain reliever that also helps reduce fever. They provide effective relief from a range of mild to moderate aches and pains and can be used to help lower a high temperature.

Rowalief can help relieve headaches, migraine, toothache, muscular aches and pains, backache, period pain, sore throat, and aches and pains associated with colds and flu.

How to use this product

Take exactly as directed on the product packaging or patient information leaflet. Leave the recommended interval between doses and do not exceed the stated dose.

Important:
Contains paracetamol. Do not take with any other products containing paracetamol. Taking more than the recommended dose may cause serious liver damage. Always read the label and patient information leaflet before use. Check the packaging for age restrictions and appropriate dosing. If symptoms persist or you are unsure whether this medicine is suitable for you, speak to your pharmacist or doctor.

Returns Policy

Pharmadirect.ie are happy to accept unwanted goods that are unopened and unused within 14 days from date of delivery to our offices at 34 Main Street, Killarney, Co. Kerry, V93 XW63. All unwanted returns must be returned unused, in original packaging with your order sheet / number & name clearly displayed.

Once goods are received, funds will be returned automatically if goods meet our required criteria. This will be confirmed by a member of our customer service team to you by phone or email.

For orders from the Island of Ireland over €60 with free shipping - €5.95 will be deducted from the amount refunded in order to cover shipping costs. For orders from outside the Island of Ireland over €150.00 the relevant shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit, Pharmadirect.ie will provide a replacement. Please contact us. within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.

Please note that items that are used and opened will not be replaced and no refund will be issued.
