How to use this product

1. Prepare for Measurement: Sit comfortably and relax for at least 5 minutes before taking your blood pressure.
2. Position Your Arm: Rest your arm on a table with your upper arm supported at heart level.
3. Apply the Cuff: Wrap the cuff securely around your bare upper arm, following the positioning instructions provided in the user manual.
4. Start the Monitor: Press the start button to begin the automatic measurement.
5. Remain Still: Keep your arm relaxed and avoid talking or moving while the monitor takes your reading.

Returns Policy

Pharmadirect.ie are happy to accept unwanted goods that are unopened and unused within 14 days from date of delivery to our offices at 34 Main Street, Killarney, Co. Kerry, V93 XW63. All unwanted returns must be returned unused, in original packaging with your order sheet / number & name clearly displayed. 

Once goods are received, funds will be returned automatically if goods meet our required criteria. This will be confirmed by a member of our customer service team to you by phone or email.

For orders from the Island of Ireland over €60 with free shipping - €5.95 will be deducted from the amount refunded in order to cover shipping costs. For orders from outside the Island of Ireland over €150.00 the relevant shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit, Pharmadirect.ie will provide a replacement. Please contact us. within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.

Please note that items that are used and opened will not be replaced and no refund will be issued.
