How to use this product

Brush and dry your teeth before application to help the whitening strips adhere properly.

Remove the strips from their packaging and apply the appropriate strip to the upper and lower teeth, positioning the gel side against the tooth surface. Gently press the strips into place to ensure good contact.

Leave the strips on for the recommended time stated on the product packaging. Once complete, carefully remove and discard the strips.

Rinse your mouth or brush your teeth gently to remove any remaining whitening gel.

Use for the recommended treatment period and do not exceed the stated application time or frequency. If you experience significant tooth sensitivity or gum irritation, discontinue use.

Returns Policy

Pharmadirect.ie are happy to accept unwanted goods that are unopened and unused within 14 days from date of delivery to our offices at 34 Main Street, Killarney, Co. Kerry, V93 XW63. All unwanted returns must be returned unused, in original packaging with your order sheet / number & name clearly displayed. 

Once goods are received, funds will be returned automatically if goods meet our required criteria. This will be confirmed by a member of our customer service team to you by phone or email.

For orders from the Island of Ireland over €60 with free shipping - €5.95 will be deducted from the amount refunded in order to cover shipping costs. For orders from outside the Island of Ireland over €150.00 the relevant shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit, Pharmadirect.ie will provide a replacement. Please contact us. within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.

Please note that items that are used and opened will not be replaced and no refund will be issued.
