PharmaCare Skin Closure Strips are a simple and convenient first aid solution designed to help close and protect small cuts and wounds. The adhesive strips gently bring the edges of a wound together, helping to support the natural healing process while minimising additional trauma to the surrounding skin.

Ideal for keeping a wound secure and protected until medical advice can be obtained, these easy-to-apply strips are a useful addition to home, workplace, sports and travel first aid kits.

Each pack contains 10 skin closure strips measuring 3 x 75mm.

How to use this product

1. Ensure your hands and the area surrounding the wound are clean and dry.

2. Carefully align the edges of the wound.

3. With the skin in its natural position, apply half of the closure strip to one side of the wound.

4. Gently bring the opposite wound edge towards it.

5. Apply the remaining half of the strip across the wound to complete the closure.

6. PharmaCare advises covering the wound with a sterile wound dressing for 24–48 hours.

Storage:

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Skin closure strips are intended for appropriate minor wounds. Seek medical attention for deep, large, heavily bleeding, contaminated or infected wounds, or where the wound edges cannot be easily brought together.

Returns Policy

Pharmadirect.ie are happy to accept unwanted goods that are unopened and unused within 14 days from date of delivery to our offices at 34 Main Street, Killarney, Co. Kerry, V93 XW63. All unwanted returns must be returned unused, in original packaging with your order sheet / number & name clearly displayed. 

Once goods are received, funds will be returned automatically if goods meet our required criteria. This will be confirmed by a member of our customer service team to you by phone or email.

For orders from the Island of Ireland over €60 with free shipping - €5.95 will be deducted from the amount refunded in order to cover shipping costs. For orders from outside the Island of Ireland over €150.00 the relevant shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit, Pharmadirect.ie will provide a replacement. Please contact us. within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.

Please note that items that are used and opened will not be replaced and no refund will be issued.
