PharmaCare Non-Woven Swabs are soft, highly absorbent 4-ply swabs designed for general wound cleansing, absorption and first aid use. Their non-woven construction provides a soft and gentle surface while helping to minimise fibre shedding around the wound area.

These versatile swabs can be used for cleaning and wiping minor wounds, absorbing light to moderate wound fluid, applying suitable cleansing solutions or providing additional padding beneath a dressing.

The convenient 2" x 2" (approximately 5 x 5cm) size makes them ideal for smaller areas, while the generous pack of 100 is a practical choice for home, workplace and professional first aid supplies.

How to use this product

1. Ensure hands are clean before handling the swab.
2. Remove a swab from the pack as required.
3. Use to gently clean or wipe the affected area with an appropriate wound-cleansing solution if necessary.
4. The swab may also be used beneath a suitable dressing to provide additional absorption or padding.
5. Dispose of used swabs appropriately after use.

For external use only. Do not reuse used swabs.

For wounds requiring sterile wound care, use an appropriate sterile dressing or sterile swab.

Seek medical advice for deep, heavily bleeding, infected or slow-healing wounds.

Always follow appropriate first aid and wound-care procedures.

Returns Policy

Pharmadirect.ie are happy to accept unwanted goods that are unopened and unused within 14 days from date of delivery to our offices at 34 Main Street, Killarney, Co. Kerry, V93 XW63. All unwanted returns must be returned unused, in original packaging with your order sheet / number & name clearly displayed. 

Once goods are received, funds will be returned automatically if goods meet our required criteria. This will be confirmed by a member of our customer service team to you by phone or email.

For orders from the Island of Ireland over €60 with free shipping - €5.95 will be deducted from the amount refunded in order to cover shipping costs. For orders from outside the Island of Ireland over €150.00 the relevant shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit, Pharmadirect.ie will provide a replacement. Please contact us. within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.

Please note that items that are used and opened will not be replaced and no refund will be issued.
