PharmaCare Kinesiology Tape is a flexible and breathable sports tape designed to provide support to muscles and joints without restricting your natural range of movement. Ideal for sports, exercise and everyday activity, the tape moves comfortably with the skin and muscles while providing additional support where needed.

Featuring a wave-pattern adhesive, the tape is designed to gently lift the skin while maintaining flexibility. It may help support affected muscles and joints, while assisting with the management of discomfort associated with minor sports injuries, overuse and muscle strain.

The tape is latex-free, elastic and breathable, with a hypoallergenic adhesive that is generally suitable for wear for 24 to 48 hours.

How to use this product

Ensure the skin is clean, dry and free from oils, lotions or creams before application. Cut the required length of tape and round the corners to help prevent the edges from lifting.

Apply the tape according to the appropriate taping technique for the area being supported. Avoid stretching the anchor points at either end of the tape. Once applied, gently rub the tape to help activate the adhesive.

Returns Policy

Pharmadirect.ie are happy to accept unwanted goods that are unopened and unused within 14 days from date of delivery to our offices at 34 Main Street, Killarney, Co. Kerry, V93 XW63. All unwanted returns must be returned unused, in original packaging with your order sheet / number & name clearly displayed. 

Once goods are received, funds will be returned automatically if goods meet our required criteria. This will be confirmed by a member of our customer service team to you by phone or email.

For orders from the Island of Ireland over €60 with free shipping - €5.95 will be deducted from the amount refunded in order to cover shipping costs. For orders from outside the Island of Ireland over €150.00 the relevant shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit, Pharmadirect.ie will provide a replacement. Please contact us. within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.

Please note that items that are used and opened will not be replaced and no refund will be issued.
