Optrex Clear Eyes Eye Drops are formulated to help quickly relieve redness and soothe sore, irritated eyes. They are suitable for eye irritation caused by everyday factors such as dusty or smoky environments, eye strain and chlorine in swimming pools.

Containing Hamamelis Water (Witch Hazel) 12.5% and Naphazoline Hydrochloride 0.01%, the drops help reduce the appearance of red, bloodshot eyes while providing soothing relief.

How to use this product

For adults and children aged 12 years and over:

Wash and dry your hands before use. Gently pull down the lower eyelid and tilt your head back. Apply 1–2 drops into each eye, taking care not to touch the eye with the bottle tip.

Do not use more than 4 times in 24 hours.

This product is intended for intermittent or occasional use. Do not use for longer than 72 hours unless under medical supervision.

Important: Do not use in children under 12 years. Do not use if you have closed-angle glaucoma, another eye disease or have had eye surgery unless advised by a healthcare professional. If you experience eye pain, changes in vision or discharge from the eye, stop using the product and seek medical or pharmacist advice. If symptoms worsen during use or do not improve after 72 hours, consult a healthcare professional.

Returns Policy

Pharmadirect.ie are happy to accept unwanted goods that are unopened and unused within 14 days from date of delivery to our offices at 34 Main Street, Killarney, Co. Kerry, V93 XW63. All unwanted returns must be returned unused, in original packaging with your order sheet / number & name clearly displayed. 

Once goods are received, funds will be returned automatically if goods meet our required criteria. This will be confirmed by a member of our customer service team to you by phone or email.

For orders from the Island of Ireland over €60 with free shipping - €5.95 will be deducted from the amount refunded in order to cover shipping costs. For orders from outside the Island of Ireland over €150.00 the relevant shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit, Pharmadirect.ie will provide a replacement. Please contact us. within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.

Please note that items that are used and opened will not be replaced and no refund will be issued.
