How to use this product

Shake before use. Hold the bottle approximately 10cm from your closed eye. Spray onto the closed eyelid as directed on the packaging. Keep your eyes closed briefly after application.

Always follow the instructions supplied with the product regarding the number and frequency of sprays.

For external use around the eyes as directed. Do not spray directly into open eyes. Always read and follow the instructions provided with the product. If symptoms persist or worsen, or you experience eye pain or changes in vision, seek advice from a pharmacist, optometrist or doctor.

Returns Policy

Pharmadirect.ie are happy to accept unwanted goods that are unopened and unused within 14 days from date of delivery to our offices at 34 Main Street, Killarney, Co. Kerry, V93 XW63. All unwanted returns must be returned unused, in original packaging with your order sheet / number & name clearly displayed. 

Once goods are received, funds will be returned automatically if goods meet our required criteria. This will be confirmed by a member of our customer service team to you by phone or email.

For orders from the Island of Ireland over €60 with free shipping - €5.95 will be deducted from the amount refunded in order to cover shipping costs. For orders from outside the Island of Ireland over €150.00 the relevant shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit, Pharmadirect.ie will provide a replacement. Please contact us. within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.

Please note that items that are used and opened will not be replaced and no refund will be issued.
