Nurofen Rapid Relief 400mg Max Strength 20 tablets (liquid-filled capsules) is a fast-acting, maximum-strength ibuprofen pain relief medicine designed to deliver quicker absorption than standard tablets.

Each capsule contains 400mg ibuprofen in liquid form, which helps it break down and absorb rapidly into the body to provide effective relief from moderate pain and inflammation.

It is commonly used for headaches, migraines, dental pain, period pain, muscular pain, back pain, and symptoms of cold & flu, as well as helping reduce fever.

How to use this product

Take 1 capsule with water
If needed, take another dose every 4–6 hours
Do not exceed 3 capsules (1200mg) in 24 hours
Not suitable for children under 12

Important Notes

Always take with food or after eating to reduce stomach irritation
Do not combine with other ibuprofen or NSAID products
Avoid use if you have stomach ulcers or certain heart/kidney conditions unless advised by a pharmacist or doctor

Returns Policy

Pharmadirect.ie are happy to accept unwanted goods that are unopened and unused within 14 days from date of delivery to our offices at 34 Main Street, Killarney, Co. Kerry, V93 XW63. All unwanted returns must be returned unused, in original packaging with your order sheet / number & name clearly displayed.

Once goods are received, funds will be returned automatically if goods meet our required criteria. This will be confirmed by a member of our customer service team to you by phone or email.

For orders from the Island of Ireland over €60 with free shipping - €5.95 will be deducted from the amount refunded in order to cover shipping costs. For orders from outside the Island of Ireland over €150.00 the relevant shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit, Pharmadirect.ie will provide a replacement. Please contact us. within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.

Please note that items that are used and opened will not be replaced and no refund will be issued.
