Nurofen Long Lasting Capsules are specially designed for the short-term management of backache, muscular pain, and period pain (dysmenorrhea). Containing ibuprofen, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), these capsules provide effective relief by reducing pain, swelling, and fever.

How Nurofen Long Lasting Capsules Work:

The capsules are designed with prolonged-release technology, ensuring that the active ingredient is gradually released over time to provide up to 12 hours of pain relief. This makes Nurofen Long Lasting Capsules a convenient option for those needing extended relief from pain and inflammation.

How to use this product

• Adults, the elderly, and children 12 years and older (weighing over 40kg):

  • Take 1 or 2 capsules twice a day.

  • Swallow the capsules whole with water.

  • Leave at least 8 hours between doses.

  • Maximum dosage: Do not take more than 4 capsules in 24 hours.

Important Information:

• For oral administration and short-term use only.

• Do not chew the capsules.

• Not suitable for children under 12 years of age.

• If symptoms persist for more than 3 days, worsen, or new symptoms occur, consult your doctor.

All unwanted returns must be returned unused, in original packaging with your order sheet / number & name clearly displayed. 

Once goods are received, funds will be returned automatically if goods meet our required criteria. This will be confirmed by a member of our customer service team to you by phone or email.

For orders from the Island of Ireland over €60 with free shipping - €5.95 will be deducted from the amount refunded in order to cover shipping costs. For orders from outside the Island of Ireland over €150.00 the relevant shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit, Pharmadirect.ie will provide a replacement. Please contact us. within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.
