How to use this product

Adults and children aged 12 years and over:
- Take 2 tablets with water initially.
- If needed, take 1–2 tablets every 4 hours.
- Do not exceed 6 tablets in 24 hours.
Not suitable for children under 12 years.

Important Information

Do not use if taking other ibuprofen-containing products.
Always read the enclosed leaflet before use.
Store out of reach of children.

Only for those aged 18 years or older.
Do not exceed the stated dose.
If symptoms persist or worsen, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
Do not use if allergic to ibuprofen, pseudoephedrine, or any other ingredients in the tablets.

Each film-coated tablet contains:

200mg ibuprofen
30mg pseudoephedrine hydrochloride

Nurofen Sinus & Pain Tablets combine fast-acting pain relief with decongestion, helping you breathe easier and feel better.

Each film coated tablet contains Ibuprofen 200mg and Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride 30mg.

Returns Policy

Pharmadirect.ie are happy to accept unwanted goods that are unopened and unused within 14 days from date of delivery to our offices at 34 Main Street, Killarney, Co. Kerry, V93 XW63. All unwanted returns must be returned unused, in original packaging with your order sheet / number & name clearly displayed.

Once goods are received, funds will be returned automatically if goods meet our required criteria. This will be confirmed by a member of our customer service team to you by phone or email.

For orders from the Island of Ireland over €60 with free shipping - €5.95 will be deducted from the amount refunded in order to cover shipping costs. For orders from outside the Island of Ireland over €150.00 the relevant shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit, Pharmadirect.ie will provide a replacement. Please contact us. within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.

Please note that items that are used and opened will not be replaced and no refund will be issued.
