The Trial Pack contains three different sizes – Small, Medium and Large – so you can try each option and identify the size that fits most comfortably and provides the best airflow before purchasing a regular 30-night supply.

Made from soft, flexible materials, Mute features ribbed fins that help keep the device comfortably in position while you sleep. Each dilator can also be reused for up to 10 nights when cleaned and stored correctly.

How to use this product

Before first use, try each of the three sizes to determine which provides the most comfortable fit and best airflow.

Insert the loops gently into each nostril and adjust each side independently as required. The correct size should feel comfortable, remain securely in place throughout the night and allow you to breathe freely through your nose.

Remove the device carefully in the morning and clean according to the instructions supplied with the product. Allow it to dry thoroughly before storing and reusing

Returns Policy

Pharmadirect.ie are happy to accept unwanted goods that are unopened and unused within 14 days from date of delivery to our offices at 34 Main Street, Killarney, Co. Kerry, V93 XW63. All unwanted returns must be returned unused, in original packaging with your order sheet / number & name clearly displayed. 

Once goods are received, funds will be returned automatically if goods meet our required criteria. This will be confirmed by a member of our customer service team to you by phone or email.

For orders from the Island of Ireland over €60 with free shipping - €5.95 will be deducted from the amount refunded in order to cover shipping costs. For orders from outside the Island of Ireland over €150.00 the relevant shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit, Pharmadirect.ie will provide a replacement. Please contact us. within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.

Please note that items that are used and opened will not be replaced and no refund will be issued.
