Mölnlycke Mepore Ultra Waterproof Dressing 11 x 15cm is a sterile, self-adhesive and absorbent wound dressing designed for low to moderately exuding wounds, including surgical wounds, cuts and abrasions.

Mepore Ultra features an absorbent wound pad with a low-adherent wound contact layer, combined with a skin-friendly adhesive border for gentle and secure fixation. Its breathable, waterproof outer film helps protect the wound from water and external contamination, allowing the dressing to remain in place while showering.

The larger 11 x 15cm format provides convenient coverage for wounds requiring a more substantial dressing while maintaining flexibility and comfort during wear.

Suitable For

Mepore Ultra can be used for a range of low to moderately exuding wounds, including:

• Other suitable wounds requiring an absorbent, showerproof adhesive dressing

How to use this product

1. Cleanse the wound according to appropriate wound-care practice or the advice of your healthcare professional.
2. Dry the surrounding skin thoroughly.
3. Avoid applying moisturisers, gels or ointments to the surrounding skin where the adhesive will be placed, as these may affect adhesion.
4. Open the sterile packaging and remove the dressing.
5. Remove the protective release liners.
6. Position the absorbent pad so that it completely covers the wound.
7. Apply the adhesive border to the surrounding skin without stretching the dressing.
8. Gently press around the border to ensure secure adhesion.

The dressing should be changed before it becomes fully saturated, if leakage occurs, or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Returns Policy

Pharmadirect.ie are happy to accept unwanted goods that are unopened and unused within 14 days from date of delivery to our offices at 34 Main Street, Killarney, Co. Kerry, V93 XW63. All unwanted returns must be returned unused, in original packaging with your order sheet / number & name clearly displayed. 

Once goods are received, funds will be returned automatically if goods meet our required criteria. This will be confirmed by a member of our customer service team to you by phone or email.

For orders from the Island of Ireland over €60 with free shipping - €5.95 will be deducted from the amount refunded in order to cover shipping costs. For orders from outside the Island of Ireland over €150.00 the relevant shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit, Pharmadirect.ie will provide a replacement. Please contact us. within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.

Please note that items that are used and opened will not be replaced and no refund will be issued.
