Mölnlycke Mepore Adhesive Dressing 9 x 30cm is a sterile, self-adhesive and absorbent wound dressing designed for the management of low to moderately exuding wounds, including surgical wounds, cuts and abrasions.

The longer 30cm format makes it particularly useful for covering larger wounds and longer surgical incisions where an extended adhesive dressing is required.

Mepore combines an absorbent wound pad with a low-adherent wound contact layer and a skin-friendly adhesive border. Its flexible construction conforms comfortably to the contours of the body while providing secure and convenient wound protection.

• Other suitable superficial wounds requiring an absorbent adhesive dressing

How to use this product

1. Cleanse the wound according to appropriate wound-care practice or the advice of your healthcare professional.
2. Ensure the surrounding skin is clean and thoroughly dry.
3. Open the sterile packaging and remove the dressing.
4. Remove the protective release paper.
5. Position the absorbent wound pad carefully over the wound.
6. Gently smooth the adhesive border onto the surrounding skin to secure the dressing.
7. Avoid stretching the dressing during application.

The frequency of dressing changes should be determined by the condition of the wound and in accordance with appropriate wound-care practice.

Returns Policy

Pharmadirect.ie are happy to accept unwanted goods that are unopened and unused within 14 days from date of delivery to our offices at 34 Main Street, Killarney, Co. Kerry, V93 XW63. All unwanted returns must be returned unused, in original packaging with your order sheet / number & name clearly displayed. 

Once goods are received, funds will be returned automatically if goods meet our required criteria. This will be confirmed by a member of our customer service team to you by phone or email.

For orders from the Island of Ireland over €60 with free shipping - €5.95 will be deducted from the amount refunded in order to cover shipping costs. For orders from outside the Island of Ireland over €150.00 the relevant shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit, Pharmadirect.ie will provide a replacement. Please contact us. within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.

Please note that items that are used and opened will not be replaced and no refund will be issued.
