How to use this product

Microlax is intended for rectal use only.

General application steps are as follows:

1. Wash your hands thoroughly before use.
2. Remove the cap from the applicator tube.
3. Squeeze a small drop of solution onto the applicator tip to help lubricate it.
4. Gently insert the applicator tip into the rectum, following the instructions for the user's age.
5. Squeeze the tube to administer the recommended amount of solution.
6. Keep the tube compressed while withdrawing the applicator.
7. Dispose of the used tube safely.
8. Wash your hands after administration.

Important: The appropriate insertion depth and dose may differ for adults, children and infants. Follow the current patient information leaflet and seek advice from a pharmacist or doctor when using Microlax for a child.

All unwanted returns must be returned unused, in original packaging with your order sheet / number & name clearly displayed. 

Once goods are received, funds will be returned automatically if goods meet our required criteria. This will be confirmed by a member of our customer service team to you by phone or email.

For orders from the Island of Ireland over €60 with free shipping - €5.95 will be deducted from the amount refunded in order to cover shipping costs. For orders from outside the Island of Ireland over €150.00 the relevant shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit, Pharmadirect.ie will provide a replacement. Please contact us. within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.

Please note that items that are used and opened will not be replaced and no refund will be issued.
