How to use this product

For Makeup Application & Removal:

1. Take a clean cotton bud from the pack.
2. Use gently to apply, blend or correct makeup around the eyes or lips.
3. Dispose of the cotton bud after use.

For Nail Care:

1. Use a cotton bud to tidy excess nail polish around the edges of your nails.
2. Apply a suitable nail polish remover if required.
3. Dispose of the cotton bud after use.

For General Personal Care:

1. Use gently on external areas of the skin where precise cleaning or application is required.
2. Avoid inserting cotton buds into the ear canal, nose or other body openings.
3. Dispose of after use.

At Pharmadirect, we are pleased to offer FREE delivery on orders over €60 to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Orders under €60 have a delivery fee of €5.95.

For our customers in the Killarney, Co. Kerry area, we offer a FREE Click & Collect service also.

Returns Policy

Pharmadirect.ie are happy to accept unwanted goods that are unopened and unused within 14 days from date of delivery to our offices at 34 Main Street, Killarney, Co. Kerry, V93 XW63. All unwanted returns must be returned unused, in original packaging with your order sheet / number & name clearly displayed. 

Once goods are received, funds will be returned automatically if goods meet our required criteria. This will be confirmed by a member of our customer service team to you by phone or email.

For orders from the Island of Ireland over €60 with free shipping - €5.95 will be deducted from the amount refunded in order to cover shipping costs. For orders from outside the Island of Ireland over €150.00 the relevant shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit, Pharmadirect.ie will provide a replacement. Please contact us. within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.

Please note that items that are used and opened will not be replaced and no refund will be issued.
