How to use this product

For Baby Care:

1. Take a clean Johnson's Cotton Ball from the pack.
2. Moisten with warm water or a suitable baby cleansing product.
3. Gently cleanse the required external area of your baby's skin.
4. Use a fresh cotton ball for each area to help maintain hygiene.
5. Dispose of the cotton ball after use.

For Makeup Removal:

1. Apply a small amount of your preferred makeup remover to a cotton ball.
2. Gently wipe across the skin to remove makeup and impurities.
3. Repeat with a fresh cotton ball if required.
4. Follow with your usual cleansing and moisturising routine.

For Skincare Application:

1. Apply a suitable liquid skincare product to a clean cotton ball.
2. Gently sweep over the desired area of the skin.
3. Dispose of the cotton ball after use.

At Pharmadirect, we are pleased to offer FREE delivery on orders over €60 to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Orders under €60 have a delivery fee of €5.95.

For our customers in the Killarney, Co. Kerry area, we offer a FREE Click & Collect service also.

Returns Policy

Pharmadirect.ie are happy to accept unwanted goods that are unopened and unused within 14 days from date of delivery to our offices at 34 Main Street, Killarney, Co. Kerry, V93 XW63. All unwanted returns must be returned unused, in original packaging with your order sheet / number & name clearly displayed. 

Once goods are received, funds will be returned automatically if goods meet our required criteria. This will be confirmed by a member of our customer service team to you by phone or email.

For orders from the Island of Ireland over €60 with free shipping - €5.95 will be deducted from the amount refunded in order to cover shipping costs. For orders from outside the Island of Ireland over €150.00 the relevant shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit, Pharmadirect.ie will provide a replacement. Please contact us. within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.

Please note that items that are used and opened will not be replaced and no refund will be issued.
