Imodium Plus Tablets provide effective relief from acute diarrhoea and the associated symptoms of abdominal discomfort, cramps, bloating, and wind. This dual-action formula combines loperamide hydrochloride, which helps slow down an overactive bowel, with simeticone, which helps break up trapped gas bubbles in the digestive system.

Suitable for adults and children aged 12 years and over, Imodium Plus works quickly to help restore normal bowel function while easing the uncomfortable symptoms often associated with diarrhoea.

How to use this product

Adults and children aged 12 years and over: Take 2 tablets initially, followed by 1 tablet after each loose bowel movement as required. Do not exceed the maximum daily dose stated in the patient information leaflet.

Warnings:

• For the short-term treatment of acute diarrhoea only.
• Not suitable for children under 12 years of age.
• Drink plenty of fluids to help prevent dehydration.
• Do not use for more than 48 hours without consulting a healthcare professional.
• Consult your doctor if symptoms persist, worsen, or are accompanied by fever or blood in the stool.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Read the package leaflet before use.

Pharmadirect.ie are happy to accept unwanted goods that are unopened and unused within 14 days from date of delivery to our offices at 34 Main Street, Killarney, Co. Kerry, V93 XW63. All unwanted returns must be returned unused, in original packaging with your order sheet / number & name clearly displayed. 

Once goods are received, funds will be returned automatically if goods meet our required criteria. This will be confirmed by a member of our customer service team to you by phone or email.

For orders from the Island of Ireland over €60 with free shipping - €5.95 will be deducted from the amount refunded in order to cover shipping costs. For orders from outside the Island of Ireland over €150.00 the relevant shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit, Pharmadirect.ie will provide a replacement. Please contact us. within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.
