Product Description:

Imodium Instants Loperamide 2mg tablets are an effective and fast-acting solution for the treatment of sudden, short-lived attacks of diarrhoea in adults and children aged 12 years and over. Each tablet contains 2mg Loperamide hydrochloride, which works by slowing down an overactive bowel, allowing it to return to its normal rhythm and reducing diarrhoea.

Imodium Instants provide quick relief, helping to restore control over bowel movements and alleviate the discomfort caused by diarrhoea. This product is gluten-free and should be used in conjunction with oral rehydration therapy to replace fluids and salts lost during diarrhoea.

How to use this product

Dosage Instructions:

• Adults and children aged 12 years and over:

  • Initial dose: Take 2 tablets at the onset of diarrhoea.

  • Subsequent doses: Take 1 tablet after each loose bowel movement.

  • Maximum dose: Do not take more than 5 tablets in any 24-hour period.

Important Information:

• Oral Rehydration Therapy: Imodium Instants should be used in conjunction with oral rehydration therapy to replace the fluids and electrolytes lost during diarrhoea.

• Pregnancy and Breastfeeding: If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or trying to become pregnant, consult your doctor before purchasing or taking this product. Do not use if breastfeeding.

• Driving and Using Machines: This medication may cause dizziness, tiredness, or sleepiness. If affected, avoid driving or operating machinery.

Returns Policy

Pharmadirect.ie are happy to accept unwanted goods that are unopened and unused within 14 days from date of delivery to our offices at 34 Main Street, Killarney, Co. Kerry, V93 XW63. All unwanted returns must be returned unused, in original packaging with your order sheet / number & name clearly displayed. 

Once goods are received, funds will be returned automatically if goods meet our required criteria. This will be confirmed by a member of our customer service team to you by phone or email.

For orders from the Island of Ireland over €60 with free shipping - €5.95 will be deducted from the amount refunded in order to cover shipping costs. For orders from outside the Island of Ireland over €150.00 the relevant shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit, Pharmadirect.ie will provide a replacement. Please contact us. within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.
